- 8 to 14 days written notice – Full refund
- 3 to 7 days written notice – 50% refund
- Refunds will not be issued if less than 48 hours written notice is given.
- NO SHOW bookings will be charged the full amount.
- Where Daysafe cannot continue with the training/assessment for any reason, every effort possible will be made to transfer the students/participants to a future date.
- If these arrangements cannot be made to suit the client, a refund of unused moneys received will be given.
- Credit card payments will incur a 0.95% surcharge.
- Certificates will not be issued until full payment has been received.
Failure to pay will result in the debt being listed with a debt collection agent and credit reporting agency.
TRUCK LICENSING TERMS & CONDITIONS: (Please read)
If our instructors believe a student is not ready to undertake the Practical Driving Assessment (PDA), they will be advised that they need further lessons, incurring extra costs. However, students may decide to risk attempting the PDA at their discretion.
If a student fails the PDA, further re-assessment costs will be incurred including truck hire and DOT fees as stated on our website and on the document; Truck Licensing 5 Step Process - Terms & Conditions.
NOTE: Cancellation of scheduled PDA's require 2 full business days notice or DOT & Assessment fees will be forfeited or fully charged.
