This 2 to 4 Hour Assessment is appropriate for those working in operational roles where they are required to operate Graders and need formal qualifications. 

Limited practical operator training is provided as part of this process.  It is "Assessment Only". Participants undertaking this assessment need to have at least 40 hours current operating experience. 

Assessment is structured around 5 key theory and practical elements:

• Safety
• Walk around pre-start inspections
• Operators station and start up procedures
• Operator techniques and tips
• Shut down and park up procedures

Participants need to have a strong command of the English language in order to complete the written assessment for this course.

Licensing, legislative, regulatory and certification requirements that apply to this unit can vary between states, territories, and Industry sectors.

As assessment for these Units of Competency are arranged 'By Appointment' and completed onsite, please contact our office to organise an Assessor to attend your site.

We can conduct the Theory component at our fully equipped training facility in Karratha if required.
